Kenya Perkins

Founder & Team Member

Kenya Perkins is a resident of Arizona and is currently the Principal at a K-12 school for children with Autism. She currently attends Oral Roberts University pursuing her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. She has a Master's in Education Administration, with a certification through Harvard Business School for leading in schools, and holds a Master's in Psychology & Life Coaching, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Christian Theology. She has a passion to help the less fortunate in the community. Fun Fact: She took a DNA test and found out that she really has Kenyan in her. 19% Kenyan to be exact.

Britney Knight

Team Member

Britney Knight is passionate about making a difference in our community. Currently, Britney is a Special Education Teacher for a K-12+ school for children with Autism. Before, Britney worked with young children and toddlers on the spectrum. Britney has a degree in psychology and a minor in special education. Britney wants to see our community flourish, whether that is helping the homeless, at-risk youth, or others who are in need of help. Fun Fact: Britney has a love for makeup and has been doing makeup for 10 years!

Jackie Juarez

Team Member

As a dedicated member of our community, Jackie is passionate about making a positive impact through her work and volunteer efforts. Currently, Jackie is the lead paraprofessional at a K-12+ school for children with Autism, where she has the privilege of supporting the educational and personal growth of her students. Jackie is deeply committed to our community and looks forward to continuing her efforts to support and uplift the children and families RISE serves. Fun Fact: Jackie specializes in making customized t-shirts!

Daniella Silva

Team Member/Nogales & Mexico

Daniella is deeply committed to servicing the community and helping others. Daniella holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and Daniella owns a preschool named SmartKids, where she nurtures early childhood development with dedication and expertise. Daniella is bilingual in Spanish and English. Daniella strives to make a positive impact in every role she undertakes. Fun Fact: Daniella rents out bounce houses for parties and special occasions!

Isabel Valencia

Team Member/ Mexico

Isabel is a proud mother of three children, who loves helping people and volunteering in her community. She loves to work with children from all backgrounds and also serves at a school for children with Autism. It has been a joyful experience and she's learned a lot from the kids. She began in her field as a teaching assistant for three years, before transitioning to a administrative role. She is excited for more opportunities to help those in need!

Fun fact: I love to cook and craft!

Also, Isabel has her own little farm with horses, cows ,dogs and a hedgehog.

Perkins Frimprong

Team Member/Africa

Perkins Kwame Frimpong is a dynamic leader and visionary, recognized for his diverse skills. As the Founder of Mega House of Prayer Network and The Culture of Jesus Movement, he empowers communities through innovative thinking. With experience as a Marketing Strategist and Graphic Designer, he drives growth at Campus Mart Afriq. Also as the creator of Smart Business Ideas, Perkins teaches valuable skills to unlock entrepreneurial potential, delivering practical solutions.
